This project aims to ensure that women's rights, particularly in peace and security areas in Albania are protected by the enforcement of national and international legislation.

The project aims to increase the commitment of policy- makers, to strengthen the advocacy role of civil society, and raise public awareness, to accelerate the implementation of Resolution 1325 of the United Nations, through improved processes, action plans and monitoring mechanisms. This initiative will be focused in particular to three districts, including Durres, Elbasan and Korça.
